Great Lakes Marine

This domain was in need of a major overhaul. Kellen approached me about setting up a new website for his and his father’s company Great Lakes Marine. Built from the ground up, greatlakesmarine.net was built with cross device support in mind. The boat inventory section had to be set-up so that Kellen could print price sheets to display in his show room.

Kmacguides.com

KMAC Guides is a rock climbing guide company in Estes Park, CO. They’ve been a client of mine for over a decade. We’ve been through several design iterations over the years. What has stayed consistent is the custom plugin that is portable to other/updated themes.

No Fair Fights

Alternative Pop-Metal band No Fair Fights needed a custom WordPress solution and turned to me.

Baby Team

This is one of the most unique projects I’ve had the pleasure of working on. The site is, as usual, a custom WordPress theme. It uses a great script that updates ‘platoon’ statistics automatically using a chron job. The background is an HTML5 video showing off the beauty of Battlefield 4. Putting this site together was a pleasure and gave me some room to experiment.

JLF Workshop

A showcase of talents, I put together this website with the help of my intern Morgen. I am very proud of the animated logo and the header in general. I like the way that the page kind of fades away when scrolling and that the photography is still visible through the opaque white.

Gifford Mountain Jewelry

More of my obsession with blue is displayed with this site. The summer was hot. I couldn’t help but choose a cool color like blue as my figurative summer anthem. Gifford Mountain Jewelry is a basic showcase/gallery site with minimal navigation and little confusion. The subtlety of the color blend as well as the softness of the logo and the typography give a unique feel to this site.

Shadow Mountain Gallery

A local art gallery website was in dire need of an upgrade so, they called me. I built SMG a very easy to use website that utilizes a WordPress back-end. A front page image slider showcases some of their work while a robust artist gallery section lists each of their artists.
